Spa Opening Hours Monday to Sunday from 10am to 8pm 

We offer guests full uninterrupted access to use of our spa facilities. These facilities are open daily, for use of hotel guests and external guests. Please note that we reserve the right to close the pool at any time should essential maintenance be required. The pool use is offered on a complimentary basis and includes towels, robes, and slippers. Footwear For health and safety reasons, all spa clients are kindly asked to wear their slippers around the spa area. Spa use is by advance booking only. In the case of new government guidelines being introduced, guests will be asked to respect any changes imposed that affect the use of facilities. Information will be clearly sign-posted around affected areas.

To secure your appointment, 100% of the payment will be taken at the time of booking. Changes to individual appointments are permitted, up to 24 hours in advance. Changes to group
bookings are permitted up to 7 days prior. 

Consultation

All treatment timings include a verbal consultation with your therapist, time to change and some treatments may also include showering time. 

Spa Facilities 

Guests to the retreat can use the facilities for a charge of £25 per person for a hotel resident, (subject to availability). £35 per person for a non-hotel resident. Pre booking required.  

If you need any extras to make the day special – from champagne to flowers – please call us in advance and we can arrange them. To confirm group bookings, we require a full pre-payment deposit. 

Gift Vouchers  

Please ask our reception to arrange a gift voucher for your family and friends to select treatments as your present. 

Treatment Day 

On the Day of Treatment Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment so you can complete a consultation form prior to your treatment. You will be welcomed by one of our team and given a tour of the spa facilities. Your therapist will specify what to wear for your treatment during your consultation and may provide robes and slippers. 

Cancelation Policy 

Should you need to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge in full for the booked treatment. All appointments will be confirmed via email, which will include essential information regarding your visit. Please be sure to read carefully in advance of your visit. Please note all treatments are subject to the availability of
our trained therapists. All treatment times include consultation and aftercare advice.   

Fitness Suite 

Spa day and spa break guests are welcome to use the gym 

Health Concerns 

We want you to enjoy your experience at the retreat and ask you to inform us of any health concerns when you first make your appointment e.g. pregnancy, allergies etc. This will allow us to recommend treatments that are most suitable for you. We will ask you to complete a short medical questionnaire to ensure that treatments are safe and appropriate. 

Our Etiquette  

To ensure a tranquil experience we request that mobile telephones are not used in the spa. The packages and treatments are subject to change and subject to availability.

The Spa and Health Club are for over 18’s only. 

 Accessibility 

The hotel is fully accessible but does not offer accessible parking spaces. The spa is also fully accessible via the lift adjacent to the hotel reception and features a fully accessible changing facility with direct access to the spa. For more information regarding accessibility please speak with a member of the spa team. Please note the hydrotherapy spa does not have a
hoist system.
